By accessing MyRidesFL.com or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
My Rides FL provides personal car service throughout Saint Johns County and surrounding areas of Northeast and Central Florida. We are not a transportation service. All vehicles are operated by a single owner-operator. Service is available 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM, seven days a week. After-hours service (11:01 PM – 4:59 AM) is available by request.
All after-hours reservations must be submitted no later than 9:00 PM. An additional per-mile surcharge applies and must be acknowledged at booking. Existing reservations modified due to delays beyond the passenger's control — including documented airline, cruise line, train, or bus delays — are exempt from the after-hours surcharge. Passengers must notify My Rides FL as soon as a qualifying delay is known.

All fares are calculated from the pickup address to the drop-off address. Rates are subject to change. The fare displayed at time of booking is the fare charged.
For standard mileage bookings, gratuity defaults to 15% and may be adjusted to 20% or a custom amount including $0. For Hourly and Event Service bookings, a minimum gratuity of 20% is mandatory and non-negotiable. Gratuity is collected at time of booking.

A $500.00 cleaning or damage fee applies if a passenger causes soiling, vomiting, or damage to the vehicle interior or exterior. This fee is mandatory, non-negotiable, and will be charged to the card on file.
My Rides FL reserves the right to terminate any ride and charge the full fare if a passenger behaves in an abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner. No smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances is permitted in the vehicle at any time.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize My Rides FL to charge your card for the total amount displayed at checkout, including base fare and gratuity. Clients cannot book without payment at time of reservation.
My Rides FL is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
