Our Commitment

My Rides FL is committed to ensuring our service is accessible and welcoming to all passengers, including those with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves a comfortable, dignified ride.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome in our vehicles at no additional charge. We comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding service animal accommodations. Please note in the booking notes field that you will have a service animal.

Mobility Assistance

Our driver is happy to assist passengers who need help entering or exiting the vehicle. Please indicate any mobility assistance needs in the special instructions field when booking. We will do our best to accommodate folding wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids depending on vehicle capacity.

Medical Equipment

Passengers traveling with medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators, CPAP machines, or similar devices are welcome. Please note any equipment in your booking so we can ensure adequate space and handle your items with care.

Website Accessibility

We have designed our website to be usable on all modern browsers and devices. All buttons and interactive elements meet minimum touch target sizes for mobile accessibility. Input fields are clearly labeled. We use sufficient color contrast throughout.
