My Rides FL respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to provide your ride and process your payment, and we never sell your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the services that help us operate.
When you make a reservation, we collect the details required to fulfill it: your pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time of your ride, the number of passengers, any notes or special instructions you provide, and the fare for the trip. When you pay, our payment processor collects your name, email, and card details directly.
We use your information solely to schedule and provide your transportation, communicate with you about your reservation, process your payment, issue receipts, and keep a record of your trips so you can view them later. We do not use your information for advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers below, and only as needed to operate the service.
Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function.
You can book and view your trips without creating an account. To make this possible, your browser stores a private reference for each reservation you make on that device. The "My Trips" page uses those references to look up your rides and receipts. This information stays in your browser; clearing your browser data will remove it from that device.
All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. My Rides FL never sees or stores your full card number.
We use reputable providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest, and we limit access to reservation records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Our service is intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. When a minor travels, the reservation is made and managed by a responsible adult.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the reservation information we hold about you by contacting us. You may also clear the trip references stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
